Polarity is an energy balancing massage…. for your soul. Working with the body's energy fields, different polarity points are touched lightly which allow the circuits to open and release old, negative blocks. It’s done mostly in silence, or with music in the background. The client is fully clothed. No oils or lotions are used. Polarity is effective healing. Just one session will begin to restore calm and equilibrium. When you receive Polarity on a reguar basi the psyche begins to trust the process and the energy blocks fall away with very little effort or discomfort. Polarity brings balance to your body, mind and spirit. Cathy Connolly has many years of experience in the energy healing field and brings compassion and kindness to all of her clients.

We understand that 'stuff happens' . If you need to cancel we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance via email to Thecosmiccod@gmail.com Cancellations made after 24 hours will be charged a $25 fee. If you have symptoms of Covid or have been exposed to covid please email us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Thanks!
