Integrative Energy Wellness Session
Our Integrative Energy Wellness sessions help to create balance, calm and a sense of wellbeing in your Body, Mind & Spirit.
Sessions utilize a combination of 1-3 of the following modalities; The Emotion Code, Learn to Meditate, EFT Tapping, HeartMath or Hypnotherapy.
People who experience and practice energy healing wellness find a decrease in anxiety, stress, chronic pain, insomnia and many other chronic and bothersome conditions.
Each Energy Healing session will include simple techniques you can practice at home.
Sessions are offered in person at our Mashpee Studio or via FaceTime or Skype.
Integrative Wellness Sessions are 30-60 minutes long.

Join Alex as she utilizes her intuitive and mediumship abilities to help connect you with your loved ones as well as your own higher self and inner wisdom.

One On One Guided Meditation

TFT-EFT/TAPPING
